Data handling boundary

Default rule: do not send confidential or sensitive material through a public intake path unless the engagement explicitly authorizes it.

Before a pilot

Define the workflow, permitted evidence sources, data classification, accountable reviewer, and success criterion before substantive evaluation work begins.

Public intake

Use public intake for qualification and scoping. Prefer sanitized, non-confidential descriptions and representative material.

Restricted material

Confidential, regulated, privileged, credential-bearing, export-controlled, production, or personal data requires a separate handling decision and may require different infrastructure, agreements, or access controls.

Human review

Consequential outputs remain subject to the review requirements defined for the workflow. Fieldborne does not treat model output alone as final authorization.

Evidence record

Where an evaluation proceeds, workflow state, evidence boundaries, reviewer decisions, and limitations should remain traceable to the defined evaluation scope.
