Public website
The public website is designed to operate without advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Standard hosting, security, DNS, and mail systems may still generate ordinary operational logs.
Controlled intake
Information intentionally submitted through a Fieldborne intake path may be used to evaluate the requested pilot, technical evaluation, engineering review, or reviewer application and to maintain an auditable engagement record.
Local verification and file manifests
For the pilot intake path, selected files are hashed locally in the browser to create a manifest. The public intake workflow is designed to submit intake metadata and file-manifest information rather than the file contents themselves. Applicants should still use sanitized, non-confidential material unless a separate engagement authorizes otherwise.
Submission boundary
Do not submit passwords, API keys, credentials, health records, regulated personal data, privileged material, export-controlled material, or other sensitive information unless a specific engagement explicitly authorizes it and defines the handling controls.
Sharing and service operation
Fieldborne does not present submitted intake information as public material. Information may be processed for service operation, professional review authorized for an engagement, security, record integrity, or legal compliance.
Retention and correction
Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, contractual requirements, and the need to preserve an auditable record. To request correction or deletion where applicable, contact founder@fieldborne-tech.com.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the public website, intake workflow, or operating practices change.
