These terms describe use of this public informational site. Customer-specific commercial obligations require a separate executed agreement.
Informational scope
Public website content describes Fieldborne technical work, engineering records, the bounded EU AI Act Governance Pilot, and QCE research boundaries. It is not a warranty, certification, legal advice, regulatory approval, investment representation, or promise of a particular outcome.
Engineering and research claims
Engineering statements are limited to the identified artifact, test, benchmark, configuration, or review scope. Fieldborne software performance does not establish QCE scientific validation.
Founding pilot offer
The public founding-pilot offer is €15,000 for one bounded AI workflow and the defined 6–8 week pilot deliverables, with 50% due at kickoff after the bounded scope and agreement are approved. Changes outside the approved scope require separate written agreement.
Pilot inquiries
An intake submission starts qualification only. It does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, authorize production-system access, set customer-specific exceptions, or authorize a charge.
Commercial agreement and payment
The executed agreement governs the customer-specific workflow boundary, deliverables, schedule, payment timing, cancellation, refund, confidentiality, data handling, and other commercial terms. Approved engagements may be invoiced through a payment provider after agreement and billing details are confirmed.
EU AI Act boundary
The pilot supports governance implementation and conformity-readiness evidence for selected applicable EU AI Act requirements. It is not certification, CE marking, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of compliance.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, diagrams, and Fieldborne materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Publication does not grant a license beyond ordinary viewing and evaluation.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, submit malicious content, interfere with service operation, or transmit sensitive material outside an explicitly authorized engagement boundary.
