Informational scope

Public website content describes Fieldborne technical work, engineering records, commercial evaluation methodology, and QCE research boundaries. It is not a warranty, certification, regulatory approval, investment representation, or promise of a particular outcome.

Engineering and research claims

Engineering statements are limited to the identified artifact, test, benchmark, or review scope. Fieldborne software performance does not establish QCE scientific validation.

Pilot inquiries

An intake submission starts a qualification process only. It does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, set pricing, authorize access to production systems, or establish customer-specific deliverables.

Commercial engagement and payment

No payment is due for submitting a public intake form. Customer-specific pricing, scope, deliverables, schedule, payment timing, cancellation, refund, and other commercial terms are governed by the executed agreement and applicable invoice. Approved commercial engagements may be invoiced through Stripe. A website submission does not authorize a charge.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, diagrams, and Fieldborne materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Publication of material on this site does not grant a license beyond ordinary viewing and evaluation.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, submit malicious content, interfere with service operation, or transmit sensitive material outside an explicitly authorized engagement boundary.
