QCE: Quantum Measurement, Biological Coherence and Collapse Probability.

QCE is a coherence-based research framework proposing a testable Collapse Probability Model for evaluating whether structured Biological Coherence Signals correlate with measurable statistical deviations in quantum measurement distributions under blinded, auditable, pre-registered conditions.

Scientific boundary. QCE is a research framework. Causal biological influence on quantum measurement, full QCE validation, deployment readiness, regulatory acceptance, institutional endorsement, and clinical or defense utility are not treated as established.

Research objective

Test whether structured Biological Coherence Signals correlate with measurable statistical deviations in quantum measurement distributions under blinded, auditable, pre-registered conditions.

Collapse Probability Model

Pcollapse(t) = 1 − exp[-γ(t) · (S − S(t)) · F(ρ(t), H)]

Variables

  • Pcollapse(t): collapse probability at time t
  • γ(t): time-local scaling function
  • S − S(t): entropy divergence from equilibrium
  • ρ(t): biological coherence density matrix
  • F(ρ(t), H): Quantum Fisher Information relative to the Hamiltonian

Methodology requirements

  • defined variables
  • bounded test conditions
  • pre-registered thresholds
  • Null Model comparison
  • blinded observation
  • timestamp synchronization
  • reproducible datasets
  • Empirical p-value reporting
  • Threshold Comparison
  • independent replication
  • explicit separation between theory, simulation, methodology, and empirical result

Replication invitation

Independent replication and skeptical technical review are part of the intended validation record. A replication effort should preserve pre-registration, blinding, Null Model comparison, synchronized timestamps, reproducible datasets, and explicit reporting of limitations and non-confirming outcomes.
