Fieldborne commercial work begins with qualification, not checkout. The founding pilot is limited to one defined AI-assisted workflow and moves through explicit approval gates before agreement, invoicing, and execution.
1. Describe one workflow
Use sanitized, non-confidential information to identify the business problem and the specific AI-assisted workflow proposed for evaluation.
2. Freeze the qualification fields
Confirm organization/contact, exact workflow, data or corpus classification, accountable human reviewer, intended purpose, and measurable success criterion.
3. Approve the actual commitment
The executed statement of work defines the bounded workflow, deliverables, schedule, exclusions, data-handling requirements, acceptance criteria, and payment terms. Public website language does not replace that agreement.
4. Invoice after agreement
Approved engagements use invoice-based billing. A website inquiry does not authorize a charge, create a contract, or guarantee acceptance.
5. Execute and close the bounded pilot
Execution begins only after the evidence boundary, reviewer, success criterion, agreement, and kickoff conditions are satisfied. Closeout preserves observations, TEVV results, approvals, denials, exceptions, limitations, and remediation.
